Dat fenomeen noemen we &#8220;de vloek van kennis&#8221;. Vertel jij dat je machine learning in de marketingstrategie wilt opnemen, dan vraagt een collega zich misschien nog af waarom dat van waarde is. Dat vind jij zo vanzelfsprekend dat je direct begint over het implementeren.<\/p>\n<h2>Waterdicht redeneren<\/h2>\n<p>Omdat jij als expert elke dag actief met een thema bezig bent, vergeet je makkelijk dat niet iedereen daar zo diep in zit. Leg altijd precies uit wat je bedoelt met het argument. In deze fase van het argument is het de kunst om jezelf bij elke redeneerstap de vraag \u2018waarom\u2019 te stellen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Waarom is het waar wat ik zeg?<\/li>\n<li>Waar leidt het toe?<\/li>\n<li>Waarom is het \u00fcberhaupt belangrijk?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alleen als elke stap logisch voortvloeit uit de vorige, heb je een overtuigende redenering.<\/p>\n<h6>Bijvoorbeeld:<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Waarom is het waar wat ik zeg?<\/strong> Traditionele reclame werkt vaak minder effectief omdat het niet gepersonaliseerd is. Met behulp van machine learning, wat eigenlijk gewoon een slimme manier is om computers dingen te laten leren uit informatie, kunnen we klanten beter begrijpen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waar leidt het toe?<\/strong> Doordat we de klanten beter begrijpen, kunnen we ze speciale deals aanbieden die echt bij ze passen.
