De bekendste voorbeelden van de <strong>non-apology<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cEr zijn fouten gemaakt.\u201d Dit is de ultieme manier om te erkennen dat iets niet helemaal goed is gegaan, zonder dat je daar verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt. Je laat immers bewust in het midden wie iets fout heeft gedaan.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cHet spijt me als ik iemand gekwetst heb.\u201d In het Engels heet dit ook wel de <strong>ifpology<\/strong>. De \u2018als\u2019-voorwaarde miskent het feit d\u00e1t je kennelijk mensen hebt gekwetst. Erken dat dan ook.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cOngetwijfeld had dit beter gekund.\u201d Dit is de favoriet van Mark Rutte. Een lang verhaal van 1.054 woorden zonder sorry, excuses of wat dan ook. Waar biedt de bierbrouwerij dan wel excuses aan?<\/p>\n<p>Als je helemaal onderaan het statement kijkt, zie je een kleine link naar een Q&amp;A. Ook daar zie je geen excuses. Je moet dan eerst een hele specifieke vraag openklappen. De zin na excuses beginnen met &#8220;<em><strong>however&#8230;<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; is ook best bijzonder. Als je dat thuis doet, krijg je ruzie.<\/p>\n<p>Waar zegt het bedrijf verder sorry voor? Niet voor het feit dat Heineken in Rusland met toestemming van het Nederlandse hoofdkantoor 61 nieuwe producten lanceerde om optimaal te profiteren van vertrekkende concurrenten.
