Het begint \u00fcberhaupt met het strategisch kiezen van jouw doelgroep. Voorkom dat jij tijd verspilt door te pitchen aan de verkeerde personen. En maak vooral niet de fout om belangrijke criticasters niet mee te nemen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Begin met het maken van een lijst van alle mogelijke stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ga daarna na of deze mensen belangrijk zijn voor jouw besluit of niet?<br \/>\nEen simpele matrix van wel\/niet belangrijk voldoet in de meeste gevallen, maar als je echt serieus hiermee aan de slag wilt gaat is het beter om het onderscheid te maken tussen \u201cDecisionmaker\u201d. \u201cInfluencer\u201d en \u201cInterested\u201d. Dit bepaalt vooral OF je \u00fcberhaupt tijd aan deze personen moet besteden.<\/li>\n<li>Ga daarna na of deze mensen het wel\/niet met jou eens zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ook hierin helpt het om het onderscheid te maken tussen \u2018oneens\u2019, \u2018neutraal\u2019 en \u2018eens\u2019. Hiermee weet je direct hoeveel tijd je aan deze persoon moet besteden.
