Misschien verwacht de ander dat je begrip toont. Misschien verwacht-ie juist dat je meedenkt in oplossingen om dit probleem aan te pakken. Dat kan per situatie verschillend zijn.<\/p>\n<h2>Beter reageren<\/h2>\n<p>Het belangrijkste is dat je de oorzaak voor het feit dat iemand in herhaling valt niet automatisch bij de ander legt. Probeer te voorkomen dat je direct over de ander oordeelt en kijk in plaats daarvan naar je jezelf: hoe kun <em>jij<\/em> beter reageren op wat de ander zegt?<\/p>\n<p>Maak het eens bespreekbaar bij je gesprekspartner. Je zult merken dat je gesprekken veel beter verlopen.
